Careful handling and loading of precision parts into machine tools requires knowledge and years of experience.

Presto/ECOA was contacted by a Industrial Tool Supply dealer asking to assist in solving  loading a long valuable shaft.

After plant visits and conversations by the Presto/ECOA representative with the dealer and customer a unique solution was derived.

Using a narrow tilter upender with a lengthy fixed base set at the maximum offset and high weight capacity a unit was offered with success.

Working around the pits, cranes, and machines tools in the area, all that needed to be detailed,a model was run and presented to the end user.

Requiring an installation date between downtime was added into the challenging mix.

Commitment was made and machine arrived and installed all with a perfect solution and without issues.

Unquestionably a unique situation but one that showed the skills of Presto/ECOA and the partnership offered.
